Spring/Summer
Trends

It might well be time to retire last years Summer florals and open toe sandals, but rest assured the floral theme, albeit in darker, moodier colours remains alive as a print more than ever this season.  In fact, it’s not just the florals that remain dominant, but leopard-spotted coats and dresses, python boots and zebra striped blouses mirror the breadth of animal prints we have seen on the runways this season.  So really be bold with a print and don’t worry too much about a colour or pattern clash – really anything goes!

Tailoring is also a big story on the runway and whilst a jumpsuit remains just as popular for a smart dinner – it’s equally acceptable for a day-time look with flats, and just by adding a blazer – you really have more of a casual, yet still stylish look.  In fact, blazers with a midi skirt or jeans is such a firm favourite for our customers and this trend really is a popular one for SS25

And finally, with no one being able to avoid the political scene at the moment – it seems a political influence has started to infuse some of the fashion trends we have seen lately.  In the 70’s, the punk movement sprang from political and social strife, and its key messages were individuality and freedom above all else.  In light of today’s confusion, it all makes sense that we all start dressing a little tougher – so be sure to embrace your rebellious side and think a leather jacket with a floral dress or a biker boot with a lace dress.  And together with a statement handbag – your new SS25 wardrobe is sorted!

Happy shopping to our lovely customers and have fun with your fashion choices.
